T-Rack processes your personal data for the following reasons:

To send a newsletter and/or advertising brochures

To call you or email you in case this is necessary to carry out our services

T-Rack analyses your behaviour on our website in order to improve the website and to better adjust our range of products and services based on your preferences. 

T-Rack does not use automated decisions whenever these might affect individual persons. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or -systems, without any human interaction (such as an employee of T-Rack). T-Rack does not use any such automated decision making systems.

T-Rack only retains your personal data for as long as we specifically require it to realise the goals for which your data was originally collected. We retain data relevant to providing an optimal customer service for a period of up to 2 years. In case a frequent collaboration is established, we retain this information for as long as necessary to correctly carry out our services. 

T-Rack relays your personal data to third parties exclusively when it is absolutely necessary for the realization of our agreement with you or to be in accordance with any possible legal obligations. 

You have the right to view, adjust or delete your personal data.

Additionally, you have the right to withdraw or object against your potential permission for data processing by T-Rack and you have the right to data transmission. This means that you can file a request to send you (or a different organisation as named by you) a computer file containing your personal data. You can file a request to view, adjust, delete or transmit your personal data or a request to revoke your permission for personal data processing and any potential related complaints to info@t-rack.be .

To ensure that any filed request has been filed by our actual clients, we ask you to also provide us with (a copy of) your proof of identification along with the request. On this copy, please blot out your photograph, MRZ (machine readable zone, the series of numbers at the bottom of the passport), card number and identification number of the national register for the safekeeping of your privacy. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, but always within a timespan of four weeks.

Our website and/or service does not collect data from website visitors below the age of 16, unless they have parental or custodial permission. However, we are not able to verify whether a visitor is at least 16 years of age. We therefore suggest that parents involve themselves in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of data of children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we collect data of minors without the necessary parental permission, please contact us via info@t-rack.be and we will promptly delete said data.

T-Rack takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and implements fitting measures to counter abuse, loss, invalid access, unwanted publication or invalid adjustments.
